Facing multiple challenges such as insufficient technical personnel, weak construction force of the owner, and tight schedule, the project team of Wuhan Institute of Building Materials broke the situation with refined management and technological innovation, and constructed an efficient collaboration system.

Through the establishment of “one person, multiple positions, dynamic replacement” mechanism, the project members not only undertake technical guidance, quality and safety supervision and other core duties, but also take charge of on-site coordination, equipment debugging and other auxiliary work, to realize the project key nodes reached on schedule.
